Less, But Better
We got tired of ingredient lists that needed a chemistry degree to understand. So every bar in this line is built from 10 ingredients or fewer — each one there because it does something specific, not because it's expected.
No fragrance. No essential oils. Just clean, simple bars gentle enough for the whole family, including sensitive skin and scalps.
Each bar is pressed by hand, in small batches, right here — not mass-produced in a factory. Below is exactly what's in each one, and why.
What to Expect
- Most people adjust right away — our testers didn't need any transition time at all. For some, it can take up to 2–3 weeks as hair and scalp adjust away from conventional shampoo. Either is normal.
- It's a bar, not a liquid, so technique takes a wash or two to learn. Start by wiping it directly over wet hair a few times to see how much lather you get. Most people find they need way less product than they expect — you'll figure out your amount after a couple of washes.
- Your shampoo bar is 2-in-1. It cleanses and conditions in one step. Depending on your hair type, you may not need the conditioner bar after every wash.
- The conditioner bar doesn't lather — that's normal. It works more like a lotion bar than a soap, and rinses clean.
- Store on a draining dish between uses so your bars dry out and last longer. Keep them away from pooling water.
- Stop use and reach out if you notice any irritation or reaction.
- For infants and very young children, please check with your pediatrician before use. Our bars are gentle, fragrance-free, and formulated with sensitive scalps in mind, but they aren't clinically tested as tear-free or infant-specific.
Instructions
How to Use Your Bars
Shampoo Bar
- Wet your hair thoroughly with warm water.
- Wet the bar itself, then either rub it directly onto your scalp in sections, or lather it between your hands first.
- Massage into your scalp for 30–60 seconds, working the lather through the length of your hair.
- Rinse thoroughly until the water runs clear.
Conditioner Bar
- After shampooing, gently squeeze excess water from your hair.
- Stroke the bar directly over damp hair, focusing on mid-length to ends.
- Leave it in for 1–2 minutes.
- Rinse thoroughly. No lather — that's completely normal.

FAQs
Do I need to use the conditioner bar every time?+
Not necessarily. Your shampoo bar already conditions as it cleanses. Many people only reach for the conditioner bar on days their hair needs a little extra smoothing — it depends on your hair type and how it responds.
Why doesn't the conditioner bar lather?+
That's completely normal. It's designed to work more like a lotion bar than a soap — it glides on, coats your hair, and rinses clean without suds.
How long does one bar last?+
The small bar runs about 15 washes, and the large bar around 40. Since these bars don't strip natural oils the way commercial shampoo does, most people find they don't need to wash daily — so that stretches further than it might sound.
How long until my hair adjusts?+
Most people adjust right away — our testers didn't need any transition time. For some, it can take up to 2–3 weeks as hair and scalp transition away from conventional shampoo. Either is completely normal.
Are these bars safe for the whole family?+
They're gentle, fragrance-free, and formulated with sensitive scalps in mind, which makes them a good fit for most of the family. For infants and very young children, we recommend checking with your pediatrician first, since these bars aren't clinically tested as tear-free.
Why is there no fragrance?+
We made the whole collection fragrance-free on purpose, so every bar could be safe and comfortable for sensitive skin and the whole family — no essential oils, no added scent, just what's needed to do the job.
How should I store my bars?+
Keep them on a draining dish between uses, away from standing water. This keeps them firm and makes them last significantly longer.
What if I notice irritation?+
Stop using the bar right away and reach out to us directly. Everyone's skin is different, and we want to know if something isn't working for you.
