Wash with your shampoo bar as usual. For the conditioner bar — give it a try and see if you love it or feel like you need it. Every hair type is different!

Before You Begin

What to Expect

  • Give it 2–3 weeks. Your hair and scalp need time to adjust as they transition away from conventional shampoo. This is completely normal and worth pushing through.
  • Your shampoo bar is 2-in-1. It cleanses and conditions in one step. Depending on your hair type you may not need the conditioner bar after every wash.
  • Conditioner bar does not lather — that is normal. It works like a lotion and rinses clean.
  • Store on a draining dish between uses so bars dry out and last longer. Keep away from pooling water.
  • Stop use immediately and reach out to me if you experience any irritation or reaction.

How to Use Your Bars

Shampoo Bar

Wet your hair thoroughly. Rub the bar directly onto your scalp or lather in your hands first. Massage into scalp and work through the length of your hair. Rinse thoroughly.

Conditioner Bar —

After shampooing stroke the bar over damp hair until lightly coated. Leave for 1–2 minutes then rinse thoroughly. No lather — that is completely normal.
